Oh-So-nära till Waikīkī Beach Condo (100% lagligt)

Bo ett halvt kvarter från stranden och supernära till Kapiolani Park, Honolulus centrala park. Vår eleganta 2-sovrumslägenhet med 2 sovrum ligger i en säker byggnad och har gratis under parkering. Det är uber-bekvämt med balkong, två luftkonditioneringsapparater, inbyggd tvättmaskin och torktumlare, strandutrustning och barntillbehör. En ABC-närbutik, butiker och fantastiska restauranger och barer (som Tiki's, Lulu's och Hula's) ligger i närheten. [Scandia Towers, 155 Paoakalani Ave, Honolulu]

Gästerna beskriver vår lägenhet som vackert inredda, rymliga och rena. Utrymmet ombyggdes och renoverades i september 2015 och har en avslappnad elegant modern känsla.

Medan byggnaden ligger inom Waikikis utvägzon, är det främst bostadsområde som ger gästerna möjlighet att "känna sig som en lokal". Vi har fyllt lägenheten med allt nödvändigt för en stressfri och minnesvärd semester.

Höjdpunkter inkluderar ett stort luftkonditioneringsapparat med split-system, snabb Wi-Fi, smarta TV-apparater med kabel och en Graco Pack 'n Play Playard (resesäng).

Spara pengar genom att förbereda måltider i det fullt utrustade köket med premiumapparater inklusive en kyl-frys med bubbelpool, Samsung glasugn elektrisk ugn och en Bosch-diskmaskin.

De vanliga misstänkta finns i skåpen inklusive riskokare, brödrost, vattenkokare och kaffebryggare. Vi har inte heller glömt nödvändigheterna; salt och peppar, olivolja, te, socker och kaffe.

Gå tillbaka till mysiga sovrum med höga kaliber sängar (en king size-säng och en drottning murphy säng) toppad med gott om kuddar och Comphy sängkläder. En extra bäddsoffa sover två och ottomänen kan förvandlas till en enkelsäng för en.

Sovrum 2 har ett speciellt skrivbord eller alternativt kan du använda matbordet och pallarna som en praktisk arbetsyta.

Varje badrum har en vacker dusch i stengolv och kvalitet handdukar, schampo och balsam, tvål och kroppstvätt.

Vardagsrummet har golvfönster från golv till tak som öppnar upp på en härlig balkong, nyanser lindas upp eller ner beroende på dina önskemål.

The host was very accommodating and answered quickly. Their instructions with pictures were most helpful and made check in a breeze. It’s so close to the beach, shopping and the zoo. The parking space was a great bonus to our stay and it was nice to have use of a washer and dryer after our cruise. We found a great little church to attend within walking distance! The hosts have thought of everything!

I was very please at the cleanliness of the rental, I was happy with the space layout and all the amenities. Everything was perfect. Even the bustling noises outside rocked me to sleep! I loved it and only wish I stayed longer!

This was one of the best rentals I have ever had. This unit hosted my family of 6 who came to visit for a few days. The unit was very clean and met every need that we had, including a vacuum to clean up, fully loaded toiletries, and towels for both bath and beach. The beds and couch were very comfortable for sleep, and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows for everyone to rest/sleep well.Our hosts were very responsive and easy to reach throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and the location was prime for my family.I highly recommend renting this unit, especially if you are bringing young children. They even provide a high chair for meals!Although I live here locally, I would rent this unit again the next time my family comes to visit.Mahalo nui loa!!!

We had an excellent experience on our recent trip to Hawaii. Location was close to major bus stops and was next door to an ABC store. Great location for quick beach access. Host was excellent and was quick to address any issue or concern.

Convenient

Convenient to beach, shops, restaurants, and highway access. Clean, new appliances, everything you need for the beach. Thought there might be some view of the beach, but none. Having parking stall was a huge plus! Street noise was loud at times. We would rent again. Hosts were prompt to respond with any questions we had.

Amazing place

The condo was very well equipped. It had everything you needed for fun days at the beach. It was super clean and that’s important for an OCD person like me I would add a trash can in the bedroom if I were the hostess. The noise level from the outside is a bit loud at night for a light sleeper like me but I played Rain Sounds for sleeping and that made it a lot better and easier to fall asleepThe parking is free and you have an assigned parking spot. The place is equipped with everything you need in. The location is also awesome. You have restaurants walking distance in Waikiki Beach is just a couple blocks away. We would definitely go back to this place again. We felt safe and I’m like the very clear instructions on how to get there and how to get the key and all of those other details.Absolutely, awesome place I was truly impressed.

50th Wedding Anniversary

We were looking for a place near the Waikiki Beach with beds for 4 adults and two bathrooms. This fit the bill nicely. It was well equipped in all rooms--kitchen, bath, bedrooms, etc. Even came with extra umbrellas. We enjoyed sitting on the shaded deck with the balmy Hawaiian air. The crowning cap for us was the provided parking place. We appreciated the recycling. Easy access to all we needed.

5 minute walks to the beach & the responsive owner

I had a problem with lockbox when checking in, and the manager came to the place right away to unlock the door for us. Spacious parking lot and clean apartment. There's no door to one of the bathrooms, but they have everything you need from dish and laundry detergent to the beach towels. ABC Store's right below the building, every store is very close, and 5 minute walks to the beach.

A great stay!

We had a family of 5 and this place was so conveniently located and quiet. We didn’t need to drive around to get lunch or dinner and the beach was such a short walk away. Great because everyone wanted to swim at least once a day. The apartment itself is nice and modern and pretty on the inside. The complex felt safe and secure as well.

Perfect & Comfortable Stay

Our family of 5 had a pleasant stay! Spacious, clean and fully equipped kitchen! Enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the apartment! The designated parking stall was great to have, rather than hotels stay with valet and extra fees. Great location! The hosts were responsive, generous and accommodating! Honolulu for our 60th

We stayed 4 nights in the condo after 2 nights in a nice hotel. Super clean, great hosts, close to a lot of things (beach, food, etc...). Well-equipped for the stay with kitchen, bath, and beach stuff. Parking space is tight, but great to have. Coffee and accessories a nice touch. TV easy to use! No view as others note, but not a deal breaker for us. It is a city condo, so noise is a bit of a concern - especially in the morning (we are not early types). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the condo. Mahalo Ash and Keli'i!

Cleanest in town

The inside of the property is just as pictured. It is immaculately clean and has every possible thing that you could think that you might need during your stay for young or old. It’s not a negative but worth noting, there is no bathroom door in the main bedroom. One of them more than ample supplies that are there for guest convenience are earplugs, but they don’t drown out the late night noise of garbage and delivery trucks nearby. There is also a hostel around the corner with less than desirable clientele- no bother other than the noise late night there too. The host is very responsive, parking is convenient, Patio is spacious and patio furniture is comfortable, and the beds are very comfortable.

Great rental!

As a family of six, we utilize VRBO a lot for travel. This is one of the best properties we have found. The location is perfect for doing anything in Waikiki beach. The condo is small, but the space is used so well that it felt perfectly roomy for our party of 4 adults, a teen and a preteen. It was stocked with all the paper products we needed during our 5 day visit. There were chairs, a wagon and even a cooler to pack up for a picnic on the beach! We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The owners are also very responsive to any questions and provide a lot of information about things to do during your stay. If we are in Oahu again, we will definitely rebook this property.

Overall the property was just fine and fit our needs well. However, it should be shared that there are chickens (specifically rooster) that was crowing every morning at 4AM, which of course made it difficult to sleep.
