Remodeled from top to bottom: all travertine floors, brand new two double beds, queen-size sofa bed, 42" LCD wall-mounted TV, DVD, whisper quiet split AC system, custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful light green granite tops and high-end fixtures. The bathroom is also remodeled with a walk-in custom travertine shower, custom cabinets, granite countertops, an under-mount sink, and decor that will meet everyone's tastes. Another great advantage is this unit still has large full closets in the bed area for those that need that extra storage space.

The large 120sf lanai has a table and chairs for that perfect lunch and/or dinner while gazing at the most beautiful sunset in the world.

*There is an ongoing project at the building for spalling repairs and painting. This stack is scheduled to be repaired sometime between Nov 20, 2026 - Apr 13, 2027. This may affect usage of the lanai and result in construction noise during the day between 9 am-5 pm (sometimes as early as 8 am for weather)

Parking is not included, please see below for the options for parking:

1. Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $45 per night plus tip with in/out privileges. Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations are needed. Just arrive anytime, and valet staff will be on duty.

2. Behind the Ilikai building there are lots of public parking spaces, some free and some paid. The free spaces close at 10:30 pm so you have to move your car before then. The paid parking spaces go for $1/hr and do not close at a certain time so they can be used for overnight parking. You can pay with cash or card, just go to the parking machine and enter your license plate plus the number of hours, which will print out a ticket to put on your dashboard.

Our recent stay at this VRBO property in Hawaii had some wonderful high points.First, the views are absolutely beautiful and made our trip truly memorable. Waking up to those sights every morning was a dream. The property also offered good amenities, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We appreciated how upfront and communicative the owner was about it being their second home and wanting us to treat it as our own; it made the experience feel more personal.However, the major drawback was that the property was not very clean. While the overall experience was positive due to the location and amenities, the lack of cleanliness was a notable issue. It could have used more attention prior to our arrival.Overall, we had a lovely time and would recommend this property to others who prioritize amazing views and solid amenities and don't mind a few cleaning quirks. For the price point, we hope the cleaning service can be improved for future guests. We would consider staying here again if the cleanliness issue is addressed.

Great condo with a beautiful view and prime location next to the Lagoon. We had everything we needed (pots/pans, dishes) to be able to cook and not eat out every meal. Beds were comfortable. The WiFi was not working the first day but I reset it and had no issues. One outdated item in the instructions is that the laundry room now takes credit cards now. So you don’t need to get cash and coins. Would recommend if you are looking for a spot in Waikiki.

Absolutely amazing

We spent 11 days at the property and we had a blast. All the basic things are there. Views are absolutely amazing. The location is great and close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Over those 11 days, we had no problem with parking. There is one behind the hotel we were lucky to park at on most of the days and its not very expensive (1 per hour). There is another one is in the garage next to Red Lobster that is a little more expensive. We had no need to contact the owner. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
