This stunning, newly-renovated studio accommodation includes a fully-equipped kitchenette, queen size bed, sofa bed, and working area to allow for optimum creativity and efficiency for remote work. Perfect for a small group of friends, family or a couple to retreat. This comfortable condo is on the 20th floor.

For your comfort, we provide high-speed WiFi throughout the unit, smart TV, toiletries, clean linens, hairdryer, iron, and towels. Our kitchenette has all the amenities including a microwave oven, a mini fridge, stovetop, coffee maker with coffee, kettle, utensils, glassware, and simple pots & pans.

Located in the heart of Waikiki, you can WALK to Waikiki Beach, the best restaurants on the island, high-end shopping malls, world-renowned spas, hike Diamond Head, go for snorkeling, surfing, stand-up paddling—the list goes on and on!

Take a dip and watch the sunset from our rooftop pool with a view of Waikiki Beach (Highest rooftop pool in Waikiki).

Amenities include:

High-speed WiFi, rooftop pool, hot tub, sauna, Hospitality Suite (R floor), coin-operated laundry (3rd floor in the parking garage), on-site paid parking, electric car charging station, 24-hour front desk, trash chute on every floor between units 03 & 04, and a private lanai (balcony).

We are from the island, and will be happy to share great places to see and do!

The Pacific Monarch has a front desk where you will check-in. As your host, we will send your information for registration, and we will contact you prior to arrival during your stay.

Parking is not included, but secured parking garage available at $35/day with in/out privileges. You can also park at the Kuhio Village Tower across the street for $30/day or down the street (10 mins walk) at the the Waikiki Banyan for $30/day.

Checking in early or have a late departure? The Pacific Monarch provides a Hospitality Suite so you can get ready for the beach if you arrive early or if you want to relax before a long flight. This relaxing lounge includes a kitchen, dining tables, bathroom, showers, and comfortable lounge chairs. The Hospitality Suite is open from 6am to 10pm, and is located on the rooftop (R) floor.

Beautiful place and perfect for our stay! It’s 2 blocks away from the beach. The building also has a good pool and sauna room that we used. Location is so convenient to just stay without a car if all you want is good food and beach. There are amenities provided by the owner that we felt were sufficient for our stay. There’s sushi, sugarcane juice, bbq spots as soon as you go down the building. Can’t beat the location. Convenient paid parking if you need it.

Waikiki Wonder

Beautiful rental with updated refined taste. Fabulous views and location -just three minute walk from Waikiki Beach Central . Many great restaurants and convenience stores in the 2 block area including the best coffee cart and Musubi restaurant within 100 feet of front door. We will definitely be staying here every time we go to Honolulu moving forward. Mahalo

Cozy, cute & convenient

This is a cute, and cozy stay. There is a very secure parking in the facility. This stay is close to everything in Waikiki, a block away from the beach, restaurants, etcs. It is also convenient to drive out of without all of the traffic jam and pedestrians. I definitely recommend!

Pacific Monarch Experience

We booked this unit as the listing had many amenities we were looking forward. We paid the listing and tried contacting the owner several times to ask questions before arrival, owner took a very long time to respond, I had to call VRBO to ask for a response. We arrived at the unit and the bed slats were all falling apart, the TV did not turn on because there were no batteries in the remotes and the kitchen was definitely not well stocked. We contacted the owner several times, first time was about drinking glasses, she said she would order some and get them sent to us, days went by and nothing. Then we contacted about the TV remotes not working, she again asked us to go buy batteries. We tried several times to contact her, the response time was not acceptable at all. I will say the location is prefect if you don’t have a car and the area is beautiful.

Prime Location to stay in Waikiki, Hawaii

The apartment and views was amazing and the location was 2 short blocks away from the public beach. Plenty of places to eat, shop, and sight see. Parking was also conveniently located on sight. The commute to the major interstate was ~1.5 miles away.
