“Wonderful property. We felt like we were in the middle of a tropical forest but with modern conveniences and comfort. Loved the connection to the surrounding trees, vegetation, and singing birds. Wrap around porch is where we spent all our time while at the property. Magical views including the ocean. Def recommend!!”

“This was such a beautiful piece land and it was perfect for our honeymoon location on the island. We are already planning on a return trip with friends and renting the main house with the pool. Someday we want to even move to this island and live in paradise for forever.”

The water lily bloomed while we were there. The temp on the water heater needs to be turned up a little,...

However, once we found it, we were easily able to find our parking spot and get into the home thanks to the directions sent from Simone. The home is very cozy and we enjoyed our stay. We were thankful for the earplugs as the frogs are quite loud at night.”

“This place is a great - hosts are amazing people. They are intelligent, passionate, flexible, and friendly. Sunsrise view is great. Incredibly safe environment. You really feel like you have a degree of quiet separation from the bustle of Hilo that is only a short drive away. So best of both worlds. The tradeoff is that the village access does require a short drive on unpaved roads. So prepare mentally that this is a slightly more secluded location. You get a simple but thoughtfully...
