“Everything was perfect up until the day of my wedding. My wedding was off the resort. The morning of my wedding they would not allow my makeup artist or photographers on. The day before I verified with them if it was OK and they said yes I need to pay for a day pass. The morning of they said no day passes available and that I have to pay a vendor fee of $800 per person. “We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it”

“It was very clean. The food was amazing everywhere we want to eat. The food was 10 out of 10. The rooms were huge and beautiful. I gave an average rating for the hotel just because it was under a lot of construction, but it was very beautiful and the staff I feel could’ve been nicer and smiled more. “This is the second time I have stayed here, it was great the first time. This time I found the wait staff a little rude, the chef at the grill really rude but the front desk staff excellent. We had a cabana room where the cabana had not been cleaned so we couldn’t use it. We went to the seafood resto and the gnocchi was inedible, They had a bingo game at the pool and I won but they had no prize!”
