“Overall, the condo was nice. However, the big disappointment is that the shower drain did not drain properly and the shower floor would fill and flood into the bathroom within about 5 minutes in the shower. To me, this is just about as bad as staying somewhere that the toilet doesn’t work in. To stay in a place this nice, the expectation would be that at least those basic necessities work flawlessly. Very disappointing and I’m not so sure that I would stay there again.”

“Requested wheelchair accessible room on Expedia and was told at property that none were available. Noisy pool party at midnight, staff unaware. Limited hot water for shower in am. Mediocre breakfast, there is a reason it is free. Management must have low standards for breakfast, Costco muffins and cheap bread. Hot water container was luke warm. On the up side suite was spacious and linens were good.”
