“Me and my family arrived before 3 pm to check in but the room was not ready yet they still cleaning it and I have to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes to get the room by 4;15 pm . Every single thing on property cost extra, even though the website made it seem like many things were included in the resort fee. The lagoon was SEVERELY lacking. You can’t swim because the water is super shallow and the roped off area was tiny. And the overpriced paddle board and kayaking was a joke.
