“This hotel is clean, easy to get to and the front desk staff was great. Very nice ambiance. I didn’t like the barn doors on the bathroom that do not provide privacy. Vent didn’t work great. Housekeeping left hand towels and big towels but no new washcloths/face towels. The valet team was horrible, a lot of people working but only the older gentleman actually worked hard. “Our room was great! The staff was very friendly at the front desk and valet. We did have an issue with the shower, the knob that adjusts the water temperature did fall off mid shower. We did report this at checkout and the staff stated it would be fixed. Overall our stay was very good, the hotel is clean and the rooms are cozy.
