“Jane was a very friendly host who made us very welcome. We had our own entrance/exit and a very spacious room with some lovely personal touches. Comfy bed. Great breakfast.”

“Both our showers were filthy with grime, they both didn’t work. My shower had to be replaced completely. It looked like a mouse or a rats nest in bottom draw. “Overall a good stay. But AC off upon arrival and it took 7 hours before the temperature was bearable to sleep (5 pm arrival). Nice atmosphere at the pub with great food and service.”

“Stayed in one of their attached cottages comfortable. Staff were attentive and polite food was very good. Continental breakfast was acceptable. If staying more than one night there is no room service so dishes had to be washed in the hand basin and dried with a bathroom towel.”
