“Picture perfect townhouse in a quiet, hoa community. Five minute walk or 2 minute drive to nearest restaurants and spas. Even more conveniences within 5-10 minute drive. Host began instantly communicating at booking and upon arrival. Remained available to communicate during visit and after check-out to answer questions. ”

“Beautiful Cottage. My husband and his son had a lovely stay. The communication failed regarding the thermostar - App under control of owner. It was a cold spell, but they like the temp 68 degrees day and night. On the last day when i checked re comfort. He said it had been cold. The thermostat was at 58 degrees. If you need heat be sure to check tbe thermostat relects your request.”

“The property was nice and clean but it said it had a lake view which was not correct what it had was a view of a water retention pond which was nothing but a mud hole. When I mentioned it to the owner he said it wasn’t his fault it wasn’t responsibility what it looked like but it was his responsibility what he put in the description of the property. He said I could cancel but if I did I would lose 50 percent of my money. He should change his description if he wants to be honest”
