âDas Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer und das Badezimmer sehr groĂ und sauber. Die Betten sehr groĂ und gemĂŒtlich. Es passt alles. Nur mĂŒsste mal der Teppichboden ausgetauscht werden und im Badezimmer eine Dusche statt Badewanne eingebaut werden. Ich werde immer wieder in diesem Hotel ĂŒbernachten.â
âFirts time in this hotel but I liked it. Big room with a small balcony where two people could sit, weather permitting. There was also a kitchenette where you could ccok your own meals, a fridge and a microwave oven. Also tea/coffee-making facilities. All at a very fair price. IÂŽm not sure all rooms are equipped like this - better ask when booking. Did not use the breakfast so cannot comment. In Germany, where you often have to pay an extra (high) price for breakfast, I usually go to a nearby...
âHelt fantastiskt att komma hit efter en lĂ„ng bilresa. Allt vad man kan önska sig finns pĂ„ hotellet. Superlyxigt med sköna sĂ€ngar och en hĂ€rlig lĂ€shörna.
Vi behövde inte ens ge oss ut för middag dĂ„ det fanns lĂ€ttare rĂ€tter pĂ„ hotellet som var riktigt goda. â

Everything was in excellent condition and the staff attentive and professional. The breakfast was a dream and all egg dishes made to order, served on a hot plate. Included in the breakfast price. The machine making fresh orangejuice have to be my personal favorite. â

âThe staff here were the best. Each staff member we spoke with helped us storing our bags, finding a place to eat and getting the best rate for transportation. Our room was comfortable and clean. A little tight of a squeeze some mornings but not a big deal. Very quiet inside the hotel and in the area. The bus line is right outside the door and walkable to many places. Please try the Italian restaurant next to the gelato shop and pharmacy. The food is excellent and they have a menu in English! â

"Very bad experience . First had to wait for 3 hours while room is getting ready andThe room was having urine on carpet and smelly had to downgrade the room. Didnât got what i paid for."
"It was a long wait for the check-in and the young lady doing it did most of the things wrong. No one even asked to help with the luggage despite the fact that there was a staircase to the room and I had a big suitcase. The room looked dated, had a view over the fans on the yard and most of the lamps were unplugged and I had to crawl on the floor to put them in. The lock did not work so housekeeping and other staff came in 5 times when trying to dress. Next time, I will select another hotel in DĂŒsseldorf. This was a sad experience."
