“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! When we drove up and saw the relaxing front porch with seating, and the firepit close by, we knew it would be just like home! And the inside was cozy and comfortable. Plenty of room for teenagers and young children as well as adults. ( that master bedroom though! heaven!) The hospitality was great! snacks on the table, interesting books in case we were up for reading, even a pair of binoculars so that you can see the goats on the mountain out the front window!”

“This is a great house for a long weekend in Asheville. The home was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location to all the Asheville activities. The owner was super responsive and incredibly helpful during our stay. Only thing to note is that the house is on a pretty busy street, not an issue but just something to keep in mind if you have kids and/or pets with you. Overall, we had an excellent time and would stay here again!”

“I took my mom to Asheville for Mother’s Day for a long weekend. We went to Biltmore and the outlets while we were there. The property was as pictured it is off the beaten path although it close to town. We did see wild turkeys and black bears but did not feel unsafe. Even my dog slept good and she struggles with relaxing when I travel. Definitely would stay again. Everything was clean smelled good and accessible.”

It’s just a 9-10 minute drive from The Orange Peel, making it conveniently located yet peaceful. “As fabulous on my return visit as the first time - couldn't have been better! The owner is so helpful in every way. My visit relaxed and refilled me completely, which is what I wanted. “This was a fantastic girls weekend with my girls. A gorgeous cabin right on the river with an amazing deck. We saw eagles, ospreys and an otter swimming by while having coffee on the deck. We also relaxed at the near by hot spring spas for an hour got dinner at one of the local taverns. Tried our hands at fishing while relaxing near the water. Amazing place to relax and unwind. “We stayed for four nights at this easily accessible location in a very well maintained and inviting settings. They even kept the hot tub on and running so that we could relax immediately after checking in. Kitchen has all the appliances and pots and pans to enjoy home cooked meals! Highly recommended and will definitely visit again, hopefully in the early fall!”

“This is a wonderful choice. Close enough to I 40 but secluded. Even though we arrived late due to work, Denise came out to say hello and give us a quick tour. It was just cool enough that after a quick hot tub soak, we used the wood stove to get cozy. We would go again and it was perfect for the 1 night reprieve that we planned.”
