Hot Springs Lake House Rentals is a private, luxury, multi unit-Vacation Home Development. (6 unit’s total) We are offering first class accommodations like no other on Lake Hamilton. We have multiple units for a large group vacation experience and offer parties and events for our guests.
In addition to our new, upscale vacation homes, we go above and beyond and offer a pool and on-site Boat Rentals as well as a boat slip if you want to bring your own. It is truly the "Total Package" for your Hot Springs vacation!

What To Expect
As our guest, you'll be 20 steps from beautiful Lake Hamilton, with a crystal-clear pool that is bordered by the lake. You can cook dinner in your gourmet, fully stocked kitchen or go by boat to a restaurant on the lake, or you are just minutes into Hot Springs to the racetrack/casino or a fine dining establishment. The city hosts multiple shopping and entertainment venues. There is so much to see in and around Hot Springs, you'll truly never run out of adventures! And when the busy day winds down, you can relax on your private balcony in your own hot tub, watching the sunset, drinking a cocktail and enjoying the view across the lake. You truly have the best of both worlds here at Hot Springs Lake House Rentals.

ACCOMMODATIONS

New for '23, coming soon (UNDER CONSTRUCTION NOW) This beautiful home will include 3 private bedrooms, 3 with King Size Beds. This home is on our penthouse level, so you will have to access steps to enter. Each bedroom has access to its own private bathroom. The bedrooms have flat-screen internet streaming TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need, including a gas professional cook top with oven. It also has an island bar that seats 3 with an open floor plan and an incomparable lake view accompanied by a dining room table that seats 6 with a lake view as well. A large living area with a custom-built entertainment center with a 75" flat screen Smart TV with internet streaming, a large couch and chairs adequate for guests. This home has wood burning fireplace. The back patio has a gas grill as well as charcoal, if desired. Patio furniture that seats 6 and a hot tub will also complement the private back balcony. In addition, we have 2 other outdoor areas for lounging and entertaining with picnic tables, fire pit, patio furniture, lounge chairs and plenty of room for your outdoor games. To accompany the lake, we also have a 15'x20' floating swim dock with patio furniture. This is great for swimming, fishing, eating dinner, or having cocktails at night or coffee in the morning while enjoying your view of the lake. We also have a covered boat slip that is yours to use for your personal boat or if you are interested in renting one of our on-site boats, we can also take care of that, and even provide the captain, if needed.

SWIMMING POOL

Coming soon ,The steps you see in the current picture are being modified to give room to install a new 30'x30' x 4' deep Swimming Pool ,Spiral Steps with a surrounding deck and plenty of room for lounge chairs and patio furniture, all while an awesome Bluetooth sound system is available for playing your favorite music.

ON-SITE BOAT RENTALS

New in '23, we will have 3 different pontoon boats available.
Boat #1. A 30' Aloha Sun Decker Tri-Toon party barge with a 250 hp motor and a solid top with a ladder to go up to the second deck for sun lounging, diving, or just hanging out with an awesome view of Lake Hamilton. This boat seats 12 and its available for the day for $850+ fuel + deposit. Also, you could request with your boat rental your very own personal boat Captain for your added convenience. All you have to do is sit back and relax and leave the navigating to us.
Boat #2. A luxury Bennington 22', 10 person, Yamaha 4 stroke engine, stereo, ladder, a great family boat for all types of boating. $650/day + fuel + deposit. You can also request the boat Captain for this boat also.
Boat #3. For fishing enthusiasts, we have a 22' - 9 person BeachComber Fish & Fun Pontoon with a 4-stroke engine, trolling motor, live well, rod holders, depth finder, anchor, life jackets, stereo, and more. $500/day + fuel + deposit. You will need to bring your own fishing gear and a boat captain will also be available by request.

KAYAK rentals available $45 per day.
CANOE rentals available $65 per day.


EVENTS and PARTIES

We have hosted and entertained many private events and parties on the property. We are here for your private family functions, get-togethers and parties of all kinds, like weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, business meetings, and team building outings, bachelor/bachelorette parties and church functions. We have multiple vacation homes available to accommodate guests and attendees. For more information, please inquire. We have plenty of additional parking for extra guests during a large event. Each event will be priced separately from the home rental. Please inquire to make a reservation for private events.

LOCATION/ATTRACTIONS

Hot Springs Lake House Rentals is close to all the popular area attractions like Lake Hamilton, Bath House Row, Oaklawn Park and Casino, Magic Springs Theme Park and Water Park, Mid-America Museum, Garvin Gardens, Andrew Hulsey Fish Hatchery Boat Launch and Park, and many other historical and interesting attractions. There are numerous restaurants and bars accessible by land or water like Fisherman's Wharf, Trejos, Sam's Pizza, Bubba Brews, and the Backporch Grill, all waiting for you to visit and enjoy. No place is too far away, and we are just 3 blocks away from Central Ave./Hwy 7 South.


JUST IN CASE you need us, the host, Kevin and his maintenance associates are available onsite for assistance if there is anything you need during your vacation stay. We offer daily maid service and other services for an additional fee.


PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES

1. Pet fee, $100 per pet. Limit of 3 pets per unit per stay. Weight limit of 50lbs, please.
2. Private events and parties will have additional fees assessed based on the type of each event and number of guests attending with a refundable deposit.
3. All boat rentals require a $500 refundable deposit plus fuel. Any damages to the boat or injuries to a person incurred during the rental will be the sole responsibility of the renter.
4. All boat rental reservations and deposits must be paid up-front prior to use. No exceptions.
