This Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment is located on Lake Balboa. The space offers a King Bed, a Queen bed and Two Queen sized Sofa Beds, allowing 8 to sleep comfortably. The view from the Deck is spectacular! Just a short walk away you'll enjoy Balboa Beach where you can swim, grill, hike, and the kids can enjoy a newly developed playground! We are located on the second floor above the Marina convenience store, where you will find yummy food, items for your trip, boat and kayak rentals and more! Lake Balboa is the biggest lake in the Village with a White sand beach, pavilions, picnic tables and grills.

If fishing, you will need a valid AR fishing license that can be purchased at Walmart.


The Marina is located right next door to The Sunset Grill, offering Great food, Desserts, Cocktails and a wonderful outdoor Deck overlooking Lake Balboa.

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in.

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

Guests can park in the Marina parking lot on the left side where they can easily walk down the pathway that leads to the back of the building where you will see stairs to go up to the apartment labeled "A."

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. The passes can be purchased at The Coronado Fitness Center, POA (Property Owners Association), or our Remax office. You get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
