Catch a Dream View in this Home! This Beautiful home offers a Serenely Beautiful and Comfortable place to enjoy your next Vacation. The Master Suite offers a King size Bed and Beautiful Views of Lake Coronado. The En-suite Bath is equipped with a Walk in Shower with a seat. The Second Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, and the Third Bedroom offers a King Size Bed. These bedrooms share the second bath. All of the Mattresses are brand new in 2024. There is comfortable seating in the Living area and the Sunroom looks to be a Favorite place to sit, conversate, meditate and Just BE! With a nicely appointed Kitchen, mealtime will be easy! The Deck also has plentiful seating, a BBQ grill and a Gas Firepit. There are Board Games offered for your enjoyment, and a Dog Run for your four-legged babies. If you love running steps, there are 92 of them that will take you right down near the lake. (There is no boat dock at this time, but you can be near the water if you'd like.)

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Pet Friendly Property

Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $50.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

INSIDE THE VILLAGE:

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. The passes can be purchased at The Coronado Fitness Center, POA (Property Owners Association), or our Remax office. You get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
