“The room was very clean. When we arrived there was a basket with snacks and water bottles. The coffee area had a couple of muffins which was a nice treat. Check in is all electric which is very easy to navigate through. No front desk staff on property. The one staff member I meet in the morning was very friendly and helpful. The location is on the same street as the Hot Spring National Park about a mile in 1/2 down the road. We would stay here again.”

“1) Strange layout of the hotel room.
a) Like different lamps at each side of the bed.
b) The headboard was about a foot from the beds matress.
c) etc...
2) Everything was worn down.
a) The phone was old and, probably, the reason why it was hard to hear the other person (very low volume).
b) The bed was mended with duck-tape.
c) Cracks in the tiles in the bathroom.
d) In need of a repaint of ceiling.

“This property has so much potential, stayed a couple of years ago and it was great. I wanted a top floor balcony room with a lake view. I made a mistake when reserving the room and got a first floor pool view room instead. I was told there were no other rooms available but was assured as soon as one was available we would be moved. We stayed for a week, never notified of a different room. The pool was dirty, it was never cleaned and the pump and filters were either not working or never turned...

“The room appeared ok when we first got there. Then I noticed there were stains on the comforter and the linen seemed dingy and old. I went to buy my own pillow cases/sheets because I did not want to sleep on those pillow cases and sheets. Housekeeping came to bring clean linen-still dingy( we appreciated this) I used my blanket from home as my cover. We looked under the bed and there was a used Q-tip on the floor(gross). We had a problem with the thermostat, the room temperature was up to 84...
