Woodland Retreat with Game Room

Come stay in this 3 bedrooms, 2 bath house located near lake Balboa. The master bedroom features King sized bed and master bathroom with a walk in shower. There are 2 guest bedrooms located on opposite end of the master bedroom. One with a Queen sized bed and one with 2 Twin beds accommodating 6 guests comfortably. There is a second full bath as well with a shower/tub combo. Each bedroom has a TV in it with ROKU. Relax in the sunroom located off of the living room while laying in the hammock taking in the serene view outside.

Outside you will find a fenced in patio with 2 grills one charcoal and one gas. We do provide propane for the gas grill, but we do not supply charcoal. There is a nice table with 6 chairs to sit and enjoy bbq. There are BBQ utensils located in the kitchen.


The kitchen offers everything you need to make a meal. There are child friendly utensils.
There is a washer and dryer inside the property for guests to use.
There is a gaming room set up in the garage offering a ping pong table, foosball table, old school video games like Mortal Kombat, The Simpsons, Pac Man, and a Mario game.

All of the bedrooms and the living room have a remote that controls the lights and fans. Please be sure to put these remotes back, so they do not get lost.

You will find some games like Life, Clue, Dominos, and Checkers located in the living room next to the TV and fireplace.

1 located at the front door and 1 is on the side of the house facing the vacant lot


Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle-free commute and check in.
 

The world-famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
