Despite being central it was very quiet at night and the staff was very hospitable and friendly. I will definitely be back! ”

“Jag bodde på ibis Styles Bucharest Erbas fyra nätter. Trevligt hotell, bekvämt, hjälpsam personal med bemannad reception hela dygnet. Minikyl på rummet. Personalen pratade bra engelska och kunde svara på frågor och hjälpa till med taxibokning m.m. Jag fick också ett frukostpaket att ta med mig när jag checkade ut eftersom jag skulle ta en tidig flight. Hotellet ligger nära den trevliga Herastrau-parken, annars finns inte så mycket i området förutom snabbköp osv. Hotellet ligger också nära...

Det var synd för jag blev så positivt överraskad av standarden på rummet, enkelheten att ta sig dit, personalens vänlighet, servicen i receptionen och i restaurangen. Och det är som sagt väldigt nära till både den absolut största gallerian (Mall) och Thereme. Här kan man lätt bo hela tiden man besöker Bukarest.”

“The hotel is a nice one in the beginning. I liked the pool area a lot both inside and outside. But the service was just short of abysmal. The coffee was always finished in all of the machines and when I asked for help they just shrugged their shoulders and basically din nothing. I asked for a coffee 1 minute after the breakfast was overI and got a redundant no! I have lived at at least 50 different hotels. This one had the worst service ever. Small thing like the staff say hello, in this case...
