“Good price and good location at walking distance to downtown Banff. Very clean and good shower. Not so happy with the door key. Out of the six times, it worked flawlessly once. Twice with a 30 second delay, twice after trying for about 2 minutes and once not at all. A bit frustrating experience.”

“Lodge in a great location but very much over priced compared to other lodges we stayed at this week in Banff/Lake Louise. It’s outdated and lacks more modern features, e.g. keyless entry (card). Additionally, the TV did not work, the password to the wifi was nowhere to be found, to mention a couple of issues. The beds were great and comfortable but the rest of the interior was outdated and needs an upgrade.”
