“They overcharged me for one of my rooms at check-in. I pointed that out and he said that he fixed it so that the correct charge would show once it went through my account. That the overcharged amount was just while it was pending. Once it settled in my account, it was still the overcharged amount so I went down to the desk and they said they would give me a credit in 7 to 10 business days. “Everything is clean, it feels very safe, and the staff is professional. The rooms haven't been updated in a while, but they're spacious and comfy and have plenty of outlets. The AC works, the wifi is stable, the water is hot. The mini-fridge and microwave and coffee maker is more than you get in a lot of higher end places.
It's not fancy, but it's good at what it does, and a great deal. Would book again. ”
