“Stayed the night before an early morning flight. Outstanding customer service, beautiful room. Really great experience, but 2 suggestions. Please get better lighting! The room and especially the bathroom were so poorly lit that it was hard to find things in our bags, organize, get ready. Second, there was a flat sheet used over the mattress that wasn’t large enough to tuck in - please use a fitted sheet! And, with the thermostat at 69°, the duvet and sheets were so hot that I woke up drenched...

“The staff was really friendly and wonderful. the part that was bothersome, as we were not told, nor was it listed, that the airport train runs right behind the rooms, which made it nearly impossible to sleep!
