“Freshly cleaned rooms everyday with fresh linens. The hotel was lightly dated but obviously well cared for with staff and owners taking good care of it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and parking was excellent. The free coffee wasn’t just good because it was free coffee it was very high quality as well. I will be coming back.”

“Great location on the river, plenty of parking, nice breakfast and a social hour in the evening with a free drink. Rooms are spacious, sink is in the room, but thin walls and ceiling for noise. We were placed on the ground floor with parking lot views, close to the front desk (so more noise coming from the front). Wish we were a floor or two up to have a chance to see the river views and have less noise.”

“The neighbors we had during our stay wasn’t not quite, music blaring until 1230 and had to call the front desk. The next morning we decided to mention something again. After we called about our “deposit” for the room we had to put down even though it was completely payed for already, the front desk continued to say that there were no complaints at all from when our stay was. Which isn’t true I have to call log on my phone still.”

Called them and put my card down and then got another message about no card so I called again and they put it on the wrong folio. Just seemed confusing. Requested early check in that I would pay for and that seemed to be a hassle even with them offering it. Facility was nice. Staff was nice, just maybe needing more training”
