“Mysigt personligt motell med uppvärmd pool och spabad.
Frukosten var sparsam med kaffe, sötsaker och gröt. Var fantastiskt att sitta och dricka vårt morgonkaffe i gungstolarna och se solen gå upp över bergen.”

“Lovely and cute inn close to the Smokies. Felt very homely with great service and staff. Perfect for single traveler or couples.
On the slightly ”bad” side was my bed that was slightly too soft and ready for an update.
Right next to the highway with gives great access however bit noicy when using the balcony. ”

“I booked a King online; non-refundable. I get to the hotel and check in to be presented w a room that has 2 doubles. Asked about this as it was not what I booked/paid for. Was told at that I booked through a 3rd party vendor. They had no King suites and there was nothing they could do. If you can link your systems together to allow me to book a room, explain to me why I get something less then what I expected and have someone try to tell me it’s an “upgrade”. I’ll never book again w Expedia nor...

“The room looked updated. The beds were comfortable. The balcony view was great. Laundry on site. Breakfast was good. The room countertops were clean, but the floors were FILTHY. There were chicken crumbs around the garbage can. The floor was dirty with a dirty black film when wiped. I went straight to Kroger and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the tile parts of the floors. There was so much hair. But I got them cleaned. I then wiped down the room and cleaned it as it should have been in the...

“I love this place and spend 8 nights there every year during a convention I attend at the Leconte Center. You can walk across the main drag to the Island very easily with assistance of crosswalks and pedestrian lights, and catch the frequent tram right to the front doors of the Center. Breakfast is fab, esp the biscuits & gravy and lemon poppyseed muffins; the staff could not be nicer; the pool/baby pool/hot tub outdoors is always spotlessly clean & fresh; and the hot tub bubbles like a...

“Loved our overnight stay. Room was not quite ready on time, so we swam in the pool til it was ready. Loved the huge included breakfast choices.i guess the only improvement I could think of would be there was no fan in the bathroom / or maybe it just wasn’t working. Minor detail.”
