“Tried to check in early, the hotel wanted $60 so we waited and checked in later. I forgot my wallet so the desk clerk would not let me check in. My wife with the same last name and credit card was with me. They would not let her check in. We could check in only if I had MY driver's license. We went down the street and stayed at a Marriott. Please reverse the $122.53 you charged on my credit card.”

They also drafted our account three different times which put us the over limit for the day. Two of them did drop off, but it was a major inconvenience to have all those charges drafted at one time. “If you're expecting anything but a dingy poor maintained hotel then look elsewhere. The walls had patches of missing paint. The carpet in the room was dirty and dusty and stained.
