“We love this particular location and usually have a great time at the pool. This time there were some really loud and rowdy guests that made our pool time a bit less enjoyable. No real way to control that I guess. Other than that, the breakfast options is a plus and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. We definitely plan on returning, hopefully next time it will be a better pool experience for us.”

“I was not given my room for check in until 8:30 PM my room is not ready by housekeeping and there is nothing we can do with that
Showed up at 5 PM I was not giving clear expectation staff did not seem concerned
That only myself there were 8+ people with similar situation
TV does not have any connection to cables or anything

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there were only rooms available with one bed. “I have stayed T this hotel frequently, however, over the last few years the maintenance has declined significantly. During my most recent visit I experienced much of the same lack of upkeep with this property. The hand rail in the shower had broken and it was pasted together flimsy.
