“This place needs an update. The air conditioner/heater was so loud I had to turn it off even after the staff said there was nothing they could do. The toilet had stains in it. The furniture was in poor shape. And this poor rating is for the mini-suite!”

“During our stay, both the hotel lobby and our room had an unpleasant smell. We requested towels from the front desk, and they were never delivered Also , housekeeping never cleaned our room during our stay. The next day, we asked again for towels and washcloths and were told housekeeping would bring them, but they never did. I eventually went downstairs and found housekeeping myself— they only had two towels and no washcloths, which were taken from a black garbage bag.
