“The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc.
The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking.
We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...

“Great place by the water with some nice all-iclusive choices. Superb pizza daytime. Tricky with restarants choices only a few days in advance in the morning when you go on early tours before the booking opens. Bars are a bit boring and have too few seats.
Central for boat tours and island ferries.
Rooms are nice and practical with desk for work. Views are great. ”

“Atlantis Bahamas är en fantastisk plats att vara på, fina stränder, många pooler och roliga vattenaktiviteter, gott om affärer och restauranger i och omkring hotellen på Paradise Island. De många fantastiska akvarierna och bassängerna för sköldpaddor, rockor, hajar och andra fiskar var fantastiska.
The Cove som vi bodde på hade sina glansdagar för ett par decennier sedan, orenoverade rum och badrum vilket inte motsvarade det pris man betalat på andra ställen. Man tar bra betalt för precis allt...

“We were welcomed with warm Bahamian hospitality right from arrival to our departure. We came early before check in and left after checkout time and we were able to store our luggage both times. We were also able to use the hospitality room before leaving to change out of our swim suits before heading out. We were able to try the restaurant and the food and drinks were excellent. The building is older, but the beds were comfy, clean and the breakfast was great. Would recommend and would return. ”

“Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. ”

“The hotel was beautiful, however there were a few details that were overlooked and some water issues.
The whole week we were there we did not have hot water in the shower and were told it was because of the high occupancy. There were also some basics in the room that were missing such as wineglasses, corkscrew and when we asked we were told there would be a delivery charge to get them.
The bathrooms at the beach/pool that are shared with the Reef were out of order because they had low water....
