“The whole place is stunning, staff are friendly & very helpful. Stayed here a few times & has been great every time. Sports bar is normally great for food & drinks, only thing I could possibly complain about was the lack of options for food in The Bunker. They ran out of Pizzas on my last visit & it was basically a choice of a Burger or a Burger! Apart from that this is beautiful place to stay.”

“Last minute booking as decided to stay overnight in York. Communication for check in was quick, property was easy to find, close to town and super clean and tidy. Had a relaxing stay and would definitely consider again next time we were in York. Small supermarket and Mrs Greedy’s at end of road was excellent for supplies and a quick cooked breakfast. ”

“Spacious with excellent kitchen facilities and extremely close to attractions and amenities. Clean apartment but some more attention to cleaning the shower base recommended. Communication and access instructions are comprehensive, easy to follow and stress free. Parking was provided (& appreciated) and was only 2-3 minute walk away. The parking space was very tight and a bit of an obstacle course. Not really suitable for a medium sized car. Definitely not suitable for a large car or...

Fantastiskt hotell med toppservice!

"Fantastiskt hotell med centralt läge nära tågstationen och allt runt omkring. Otroligt bra service och bemötande av personal. Vi åt på deras fine-dining restaurang "Legacy" som var "top-notch". i klass med Michelin stjärna restaurang. Bra spa med pool, vanlig pool, steam-bastu och vanlig bastu. Jättegod frukost med möjlighet att kunna beställa in olika frukosträtter som Egg Benedict mm. Hotellet hade allt, det enda som jag kunde sakna var en frisörsalong i hotellet, eller en salong som de hade samarbete med för bokning av frisering. "

"God service med bra bemötande med det lilla extra. De tog hand om bagaget och man kunde förbereda incheckningen. God och rimlig frukost. Rent och fräscht rum med bra usbladdare direkt i väggen. Stort rum. "
