“I had a bad experience with Day Inn today: the light was not on, the toilet was no water, the key didn’t work properly. We called the front desk, nobody answered, we walked down to ask them fix the first time, there was a person there said will come up to check but no, nobody came. We called several times, nobody answered, walked down again, nobody there. Soooo annoying !
I checked in with a guy in the TV/ machine, reminded me of Covid time.”

“Hidden gem!! Unique and eclectic on the outside and common area, but the room itself was super clean, modern, and very private. Great amenities, and Super comfy bed. The sauna and hot tub are in the shared area but there’s only one other guest room and you can reserve your time. Felt very safe and serene. Such a nice contrast to the bustling casino hotels nearby. Highly recommend!!”

“The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking.”

“We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use.”
