We checked in on Wed nite and had to request new towels on Fri nite and the again on Sun nite.
The bathroom sucked. Who wants to slide in next to the toilet to use the grab bar to get into the tub? The rings on the curtain were intertwined so that the curtain bunched in the middle. The grab bar kept the curtain from being completely closed next to the shower controls. The grab bar should have been at the other...

“We stayed 6 nights in Reno for our 20th Anniversary, and I think our decision to stay at the Atlantis was the best choice! The marble floors are especially stunning and come to mind first, but the whole casino hotel experience was great! The staff were very friendly. There was a small line of guests all signing in at the same time, and the concierge handed out bottles of cold ice water while we waited. We were checked in quickly and in our room before we knew it. “The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking.”

“We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use.”
