“As an avid traveller, this might be one of the greatest hotels I have been in. The employees continually helped me in every situation I was put in front of including during check in, daily taxi calls, and day-to-day requests. Specifically the most helpful staff member was "Klaus" at the front desk and the few fellows at the front entrance. That said, if the distance isn’t a concern, the experience is well worth it—the hotel worked perfectly for us, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, adding an extra highlight to the stay.”

“The best hotel en China for the Luxury and the price, excelente servis, love the stylish clothes, location is amazing, even on the rain day it feels fantasy land, swimming pool is great as well,the whole Apartment has got amazing view, food is delicious, especially black bread, Meat made and cut in Front of you, Hot pot is well spicy so be prepared, We only used restaurante on the ground floor and there are 2 more restaurantes, well impressed”

“Great experience, stayed here earlier in January. They were very polite and friendly. While assisting to change our room for a better view, the guy who's name I forgot started singing Hotel California upon learning I was from LA. Funny guy.”

“Great hotel but not in the location it says on the map on hotels.com. We spent an hour trying to find the place and ended up spending money on cabs because we were not at all in the area we thought the hotel was located. I will say, the hotel was great and the service excellent. The breakfast was delicious. One employee spoke English and was able to arrange a car for us to the terra cotta army, and to the airport. ”
