“Great place and the rooms are very nice. The amenities were over priced and the staff was great but they are there for their job and nothing more. Meaning they are friendly but they don’t go above and beyond, like carrying your luggage. I only mention this is because they asked for a tip and all they did was their job. Tips, in my opinion are earned. But over all the rooms are very nice and private. ”

“We had an amazing stay at Milam. From the moment we pulled up in our taxi to then seeing the property and then our room - our jaws dropped over and over again. “The place is brilliant. I think this is the one of the best hotels I have stayed in my life. You will have you own suite with backyard, and I especially like the outdoor shower. However, the location is terrible. It's far away from the center city and taking a taxi is really expensive in Tulum. If you don't mind taking a cab every day back and forth to the tourist resort, go with it for sure. It's like 20 bucks at least for any one-way trip. ”
