Boutiquehotell i Hounslow

“The room itself was comfortable and generally clean, but I was disappointed by the level of guest assistance. During my stay I had several requests, including help locating a plug adapter, printing documents for an interview, and extending my reservation. While I understand hotels cannot always fulfill every request, I felt that alternatives or practical assistance were not offered. One electrical outlet in the room was also not working. Overall, the room was good, but the service left me...

“On the negative side, the room was too small and very basic, the bed and the pillows were of low standards. The noise was also high and I could hear people talking outside the room. On the positive side, staff was is friendly and helpful. The shared dining area where tea/coffee is available all the time free of charge is wonderful. The garden is also very nice and relaxing. Heathrow Airport is only 2 stops away and there is also a lot of restaurants and shops in the area. Overall, this is a good...

“Extremely disappointing experience. I arrived with a confirmed Expedia reservation, but the hotel was unable to honor it because no rooms were available. Andrea at the front desk explained that she could not find me a room, but she did try to call other hotels to help me find alternative accommodation. I appreciate her effort, but the situation was still very frustrating. Expedia was also unable to resolve the issue because the hotel did not answer their call, leaving me to pursue a refund...

“Smoky rooms, rude staff, don’t recommend”

“Trevligt hotell men rätt slitet”

“Bra läge direkt på flygplatsen”

“I really loved the room and the workers. When we got to the room the cold air hit us which was good because the ac worked while there was a heatwave.”
