âGreat experience. New, clean, comfortable and good service. Nice breakfast and convenient location.
No room cleaning for 3 nights. I did not ask for it but that is the only area that I would have a minor complaint.â
âVanessa (check-in), Tracy (check-out) and night auditor were helpful and had excellent guest service skills. The TV and air conditioner worked well, which is often a problem in other hotels at a similar price. The full breakfast was enjoyable. Plenty of free parking. Overall, the phrase that comes to mind is the hotel offers good value for the price paid. Thank you. â
âWe were in the area for a wedding and we truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious and comfortable However, it was the staff and excellent service that we appreciated most. Marlanea was very professional and courteous, and made the checkout process so easy for us. â

âWe had a wonderful and rejuvenating stay at Extended Stay America!! Our king sized bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Loved the full sized refrigerator in the room as well. But the main reason we are doing a review is that we wanted to recognize and commend the Front Desk Rep, Camia, for her friendly greeting and especially her general concern for our pleasant stay. Each time she saw us, she inquired about our comfort. You could just feel her pride in the brand she that...
âIt worked for the few hours I needed to stay but the room was pretty dirty. The bathroom had dirt on the floor and the shower was not clean. The floor had some stains/dried liquid that was visible. The beds were clean but one of the blankets had multiple holes in it that looked like cigarette burns? The whole room also smelled like smoke which is not good when the place is labeled non-smoking. â
âYou write that the breakfast included but the hotel owner says they donât serve any breakfast You have to update your information about the hotel. â
