âDecent property for the money. There was about a 3-inch rip in the top sheet, but everything was very clean. Bed was fairly comfortable, A/C was either cold and blew directly on the bed, or when it shut off, it was hot. No soft music station on TV, wouldâve been nice to block out footsteps above and talking in the hallway. Breakfast was ok. Self serve and find your own seat. No one wiped tables between diners.â

âExcellent location and kind accommodating staff!! A few minor updates and repairs needed (broken towel rack, drawer staying open even after being closed, and very slow elevator) but nothing that takes away from convenience of this location, lovely indoor and outdoor gathering spaces and Starbucks in the lobby for morning coffee. Our room did not have a microwave, not sure if that's typical here, we were here for a lacrosse tournament. â
âThe property is one in a million. Every time I come here Iâm welcomed with open arms. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable of everything under the sun, and letâs not talk about on how the rooms are amazingly beautiful. Every-time Iâm in Philadelphia this is my only go to hotel.â
âElement hotels is my favorite hotel chain. Coming here felt like coming home. The room, cleanliness, breakfast, lobby/working area, amenities, the staff - everything is great. The only complaint I have is that the light inside the closet kept lighting up randomly at night making it hard to sleep, so I had to open the blackout curtain to avoid the constant shift in lighting - but would have preferred to have it dark. Would 100% stay here again and could not recommend it more!â

âAll went perfect. Only downside I saw was the need to replace the rugs in hallways, common areas, and elevators and AC not cooling in the breakfast area. Great location!â
