My major concern was that the listing stated that the owners who live in the house above stay at one of their other properties when the downstairs apartment is booked. “We stayed in this property while my daughter had a soccer tournament nearby. It was 15min from the field, 15min from downtown and 15min from UNCG where she will be attending next year. “The house was roomy and clean. Well stocked for everything we needed. Enough room for all 7 of us, plus enough space to host a family of 10 dinner.”

“Communication with host was easy from the start. Questions answered and timely responses. The cottage was just on the edge of Boalsburg which was wonderful and a safe location. The house had everything needed for our family and pet. The backyard was large but shared and our pup did not do well with the chicken coop. Overall the stay was nice and we so much appreciated having all the amenities of home.”

“One nit, no WiFi. Direct TV was great. We were able to watch the Pittsburgh Sports Network. Spacious, clean, comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Nice to have the linens and towels included too. Deck in the back had a picnic table, 4 Adirondack chairs, grill and a hot tub! Rain kept us from using the Firepit though. Firewood was not provided but you can buy some right across the street. Will be staying there again!”

“We stayed here for the Penn State vs Michigan game. It was 4 of us so sleeping arrangements were perfect. Great communication with the owner as we had a little trouble with figuring out WiFi and the tv. Lower level definitely chilly but my husband loved it. House was clean and in a great location.”
