“Breakfast was simple but nice. Bit of a sprawling complex compared to similar motels but well lit and everything is easy to find. Laundry is inexpensive and works well. They take pets, which is awesome.”

“The counter in the room dressing area had not been wiped down when we got there. It was sticking and had crumbs on it. I washed it all down with a wash clothe. Otherwise the place was clean and neat inside and out”

“Parking was plentiful right outside front door. Hotel is on Commercial St in Springfield,Mo. Commercial St seemed to have a many dining options along with a plethora of coffee houses. Unfortunately I stayed at hotel on a Monday and Tuesday night most of the businesses on Commercial St are open Tuesday-Sunday so there are not a lot of options on a Monday evening The actual room I stayed in was quite large with tall ceilings and (2) skylights and was very comfortable. “This is our new go-to anytime we are staying or travelling through Springfield. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Easy to find with ample parking. Great breakfast before heading out on a long drive.”

“Internet ok. Not much nearby. Room was clean. A few minor amenities would be nice: tissues, etc. TV provider was having contract issues ”

“Things we enjoyed were the pool the location some things we did not enjoy were the beds were uncomfortable our mattress was dipped in almost and the air conditioner did not work that good and right inside the air conditioner was what looked like a bunch of mouse droppings and tons of dirt right there where we could see it so I didn't have to look for it. The pool however was the best we spent most of our time there.”

“Good location for us. Parking is decent. Amenities are good. Would like if they changed up the breakfast menu sometimes. Rooms are nice with lots of space. Clean. Nice showers. ”

“Asked for clean towels and the front desk attendant was super weird about it. Asked for us to bring the dirty towels down first because they don’t have many towels in the hotel so they need to have them on rotation.. like I just needed clean towels to take a shower. Also the shower never got super hot. It was luke warm. Breakfast was very basic.. ”
