“We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Thousand Islands. The location is very convenient, about a 20 minute walk to the cruise area, which made it easy for our plans. Complimentary coffee available throughout the day was also a nice touch. However, there were some issues with the room. “You can't get a better location than this—it’s a very short walk to the harbour, and the staff is wonderful. That said, the hotel is quite old and needs updating. The bathroom was so tiny that it was very hard for our family of four to use comfortably. Great if you just care about the location, but be prepared for small spaces!”

The house was very clean and I liked parking on the property. We enjoyed dinner at the purple house and breakfast at pistachio Café. Both were recommended by the host.”

“Stayed at Glen House Resort for a weekend getaway and had a great experience overall. Although check-in was officially at 4 PM, the staff kindly gave us our room keys around 2:15 PM which was really appreciated after a long drive. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with an amazing river view. “Hotel Kenney Rideau shines by its friendly and wonderfully helpful staff and it's incredible food menu! We felt very welcome, as if we had known them for years. Their evening and brunch menus are very generous and of incredible quality. Certain rooms are showing their age but they are a work in progress. We were nonetheless very comfortable and would go again.”
