“Our bathroom had noticeable pink mold in several areas, which was very disappointing. The breakfast was extremely limited, and the milk packets for the coffee were already two days past their expiry date. When I asked the staff for some hot water to warm my baby’s milk, they refused and claimed they didn’t have any after breakfast. This felt unhelpful, dismissive, and not accommodating for families at all.”

“Beautiful place to stay in a scenic location. Even though I was only there for one night I really enjoyed the stay. Only wished I had time to extend the visit. Highly recommend.”

“We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Thousand Islands. The location is very convenient, about a 20 minute walk to the cruise area, which made it easy for our plans. Complimentary coffee available throughout the day was also a nice touch. However, there were some issues with the room. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, especially from the mattress, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. “Only thing we did not like was that our room was next to the door to outside the building and it slammed evertime someone went in or out.”

“Reception was exceptional. Staff was amazing and respectful, room condition new, pool small and welcoming, nice gym. Free parking away from crime, coffee shot 3 minutes walking distance. Room was impressive with an additional option to turn the couch into a bed. TV was nice and large. 10 minutes drive to downtown Kingston core area. This is a place, I would book again. ”
