“Property smelled of smoke, rooms were not clean, and staff was barely helpful. Room was dirty enough that I asked for a vacuum to clean it myself. “The room was in poor condition and the floor wasn't clean. We left without spending the night. As we were leaving, in early evening, a housekeeper was mopping the hallway, making it so wet that I slipped, nearly falling, after she told me that it was OK for walking on it. “The staff was nice and gave me magnets to show I had pets with me to put outside my door and it was clean and nice room!”

“The single king room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay while in Topeka. Excellent location for downtown activities.”

“Room was clean but the bathtub looked terrible. Night staff treated us okay but the man working when we checked out was not helpful or friendly at all.”
