“You won’t believe your eyes when you first enter to villa and look out over the pool to the endless view of the Pacific. Great location. Out of the gray and noise of downtown. The cooks/housekeepers were amazing, speaking some Spanish is VERY important. The entire house and grounds are beautifully designed. Keep in mind that you will be charged for the electricity at the end of your stay. Just saying this so you can make an allowance for it. I just highly recommend staying here my grown kids all...

“The house was extremely nice. You can't beat the view from the kitchen and living area. The kitchen had everything you need. The home was so clean and architecturally pleasing. The surrounding gradens were so lovely and expertly manicured. The home is located in a very safe area. Everyone was so friendly and nice. The management team was welcoming and made sure we had everything we need. I highly recommend it. 👌”

“We loved the property everything was great the view, the pool, the neighborhood and everything that came with it. The only thing that we would've liked is to be a little more well kept. The cleanness wasn't the greatest but it wasn't the worst either. Other than that everything was great. ”

“For two families, this was a perfect house. Two master bedrooms and the other two bedrooms having multiple beds for the kids. We enjoyed watching the boats come in and out every day and the fish were always jumping to keep us entertained while swimming. The location was very close to restaurants, shopping etc in Chahue and Santa Cruz, but too far to walk. So having a driver is handy (which we had).The management group was well organized and communicated well. ”

“Are stay at Casa Lapita was absolutely fantastic. The house is amazing ( my sister calls it paradise for wheelchairs) the staff is exceptional and an absolute pleasure to be around. “The Duplex itself is modern and the living space looked clean, looks like the pictures, BUT
.while settling in to our accomodation, I had to dispense with an ant nest in the silverware drawer, wash dirty dishes that were stashed under the sink, deal with a leaking kitchen sink drain (at 1 point the pipe came right out of the wall) and deal with a leaking upstairs bathroom drain. There is VERY limited hot water. There were no extra towels and the bed linens were in poor shape and not the correct...

“Beautiful home with a forever view of the bay from the second and third stories. The pool was so nice at the end of each day of surfing. Minutes from Tangolunda and Huatulco Surf Co and ten minutes from the beautiful town of La Crucecita with tons of food, shopping and entertainment. We’ll definitely be back.”
