“We had to change rooms because the toilet kept running. There was no maintenance person on site to fix it. At first they were just going to let it run all night, until my husband I insisted on a room change. After packing back up and going to a new room, the TV would not work in that room. . We went without an TV instead of changing rooms again.”

“The room was spacious and clean. the bathroom looks somebody forgot to clean... a lot of hairs on the tub and the water stopper does not stay open and water accumulates ... I used pen to make it stay open”

“The room was very stinky, I think the carpet needs cleaned. Mold in bathtub also mold along grout on bathroom floor. We didn't use the shower because of that. The bed was totally uncomfortable, very hard and every time you would move it made alot noise. We left early couldn't stand the smell.”

“Upon arriving the receptionist was very busy so it took us a bit to check in. Once checked in and in our room we immediately began noticing different cleanliness issues, dead bugs on the counters, a film coating on the shower, baseboards and flooring were stained from previous visitors. The fridge was also very dirty with old food stains and puddles from leaking items. Upon arrival we needed to pay an additional $50 deposit that was unexpected and were assured it would be refunded upon...

“The stairwell and hallway smelled disgusting, and there was a smell in the room so I had to blast the air conditioner to help reduce the odor because it was preventing me from falling asleep. The bed made my skin itch, and the chair had a big yellow stain on it so I went to flip the cushion over but u underneath the cushion was so dirty I decided not to sit in the chair. I paid for 2 nights but I left after 1 night because I couldn’t deal with the smell in the room any longer.”
