Located at The Pointe, inside of Mariners Landing! This 2BR, 2BA Condo has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located in building 2 on the 2nd floor. All Pointe buildings have an elevator and a coded entry for security.
This unit offers queen size beds in both of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a TV with cable.
The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. Also has a breakfast bar that seats 2 people. Included in the kitchen: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pod.
All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent is not included.
Living area also has seating for 5 and has a dining table that seats 4. There's a fireplace for those chilly mornings/evenings in the fall and winter months.

Enjoy the breathtaking views from the balcony! You can even open the windows for some fresh air! This balcony has seating for 5 people.

Our front desk is located in building one of The Pointe. We have staff on-site daily as well as an after-hours phone number for emergencies.
Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am. No Parties allowed! All properties are non-smoking!
