Enjoy this lovely lakefront condo at Mariners Landing. Both bedrooms have a queen. Balcony windows will open fully on Beautiful days.

The two-bedroom is overlooking beautiful Smith Mountain Lake and has a gorgeous view of the Mountains. New sleeper sofa. The kitchen is complete with a full-size stovetop oven, dishwasher, and a full-size refrigerator, and washer/dryer sleeps 6. Condos stocked with dishes, silverware, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and all linens.

Amenities cost (Club Fee) Oct 1, - April 30 $20 a day. May 1 to Sep 30 $30 a day.
Other amenities include beautiful walking/biking trails, golfing, beaches, two outside pool, indoor pool, cable, fitness room, Day dock-slips, and fast internet. Boat ramp on site.
Trailer parking and boat dock fees Oct 1, - April 30 $35 for the first day $25 a day for each additional day.
May 1 to Sep 30 $50 for the first day $25 each additional day.

Don't feel like cooking? Eat at one of Mariner's delicious restaurants.
The Landing Restaurant is the perfect place to to have an upscale dinner using locally sourced ingredients to create chef inspired Peruvian cuisine.
Bruno‘s Clubhouse Bistro is the perfect place for lunch, afternoon snacks, or dinner. The menu consists of hand patted burgers and Artisan pizzas with prices that will please both families and friends alike.

Amazing stay. This property has EVERYTHING - we never left the Mariner's Landing property. Golf was good. Pools were excellent. Outdoor hot tubs were great. Tiff's restaurant was amazing and just downstairs. Had a little beach that the kids loved. Brought our dog and enjoyed lakeside walks. Condo was spacious and clean and the balcony view was top notch. The little touches like the removable velcro mirror pushed this property over the top! LOVED IT AND WILL STAY AGAIN!

Kitchen is Lacking

Beautiful view! Our one complaint is the lack of utensils and dishes in the kitchen. If you plan on cooking or making anything here, you'll need to bring your materials from home. Also, not one wine glass, so bring those too. Unfortunately, the plates in the cabinet were dirty so we had to wash those before we could use them. But the view is nice!!

Awesome 5 Days

This was our 3rd time staying in one of Mikes rental units. They are always spotless and picture perfect. The view of the lake is amazing. You don’t have to go anywhere else. It’s a complete package.

Enjoyed my stay

First time staying in Mariner’s Landing. Nice, dog friendly community close to the state park. Enjoyed some pickleball and the fitness center. Condo was as advertised and has amazing views. Michael was very quick to respond to questions. Would definitely recommend.

Annual summer lake trip

We have stayed at Mariners for a couple of years now and really enjoy it. We have used the same condo every year but the owner had sold the unit so we had to rent through a new owner. There were a few kinks, but the owner was very quick to fix the issue. He is very responsive . He answers questions promptly and is very accommodating. The condo was well furnished, very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Weekend getaway

We will defiantly be back. Our stay was great. Everything we needed was there and more, thank you, Mike, for your great communication. I would only suggest one thing and that would be for the air conditioner to be set lower than 74.
