Welcome to Cozy Cove, a spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath lakefront retreat tucked along a peaceful cove on beautiful Smith Mountain Lake. With plenty of room to spread out, two private primary suites, a fantastic outdoor living area, and tons of ways to enjoy the lake, Cozy Cove is a wonderful setting for families and groups looking to relax, reconnect, and make the most of their time at the lake.
One of the highlights of the home is the large covered patio overlooking the cove. Gather around the outdoor dining table with seating for 10, relax in the lounge area, fire up the gas grill, or spend the evening around the firepit. A paved path leads from the house down to the covered dock, where you can swim, fish, launch a kayak or paddleboard, or simply sit back and watch the Blue Herons and other wildlife that frequent the cove.
Enjoy the Lake
Cozy Cove makes it easy to spend your days on the water. Guests have access to 2 stand-up paddleboards, 1 tandem kayak, 3 single kayaks, and plenty of life jackets. The large covered dock includes a swim ladder, picnic table, fish light for nighttime fish watching, and space to tie up two boats and jet skis. Bring your own boat or rent one locally. There is also convenient parking at the home for a boat trailer.
The cove is a great spot for swimming and fishing and offers a quieter setting for enjoying the water.
Inside the Home
Inside, you'll find a comfortable and welcoming space designed for spending time together. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for cooking and entertaining, along with a coffee bar featuring both a K-Cup brewer and a full-size coffee maker.
There is plenty of room for everyone to gather, including a dining table for 8, a bar table for 2, two counter stools, and a large sectional sofa. You'll also find cozy spots throughout the home where you can settle in with a book or simply relax after a day on the lake.
For indoor entertainment, the home includes a large selection of books, board games, puzzles, and hundreds of DVDs. The living room features a large Smart TV and DVD/Blu-ray player, and four of the five bedrooms have Smart TVs with Wi-Fi. Cornhole and bicycles are also available for even more ways to enjoy your stay.
A full-size laundry and mudroom with a separate entrance makes it easy to keep lake gear, towels, and everyday essentials organized during your visit.

The home is professionally managed by Casago Smith Mountain Lake. Luxury sheets, towels, blankets, comforters, pillows, mattress protectors, and mattress pads are provided, along with starter toiletries for your stay.
Occupancy is established by local county and Virginia requirements and is limited to a maximum of 10 guests.
For security, exterior cameras are located at the front door and dock.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
Guests may not use the electric boat lift or the property owner's watercraft under any circumstances.
