“Great property in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and had almost everything you could need .Open floor plan with plenty of room for a family or two couples .Amazing screened in porch , incredible dock and awesome views! Highly recommend this property- we will definitely be back ”

“Overall the property was very nice. It was great for a group with adults and teenage kids as there were two masters on the first floor and a hang out space downstairs for the kids. The location and dock for a boat as well as trampoline and second floor dock for jumping were enjoyed by all. Our only issues had to do with the cleanliness not being the best and the lack of some basics like more than one trash bag. “I really enjoyed staying at the Carriage House. Little things like having tea, a fan in the bedroom, and body lotion... things I always seem to miss when traveling made my 4-night stay super comfortable!”

The only grass available is at the top of the hill. I would recommend putting your boat in prior to arriving to the home, as backing it down was difficult. “Our family had an overall excellent stay at Magnolia Cove and would recommend it to anyone. The house was clean and in a great location (grocery store 10 minutes away). If the kids weren't in the pool, they were fishing at the dock. We had a very nice, relaxing week and were visited everyday by a herd of deer.
