Located at Mariners Village, inside of Mariners Landing Subdivision! This 2BR, 2BA, 1,303 SF Condo, has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located on the top floor of the building. To enter, you must go up a flight of stairs.
Both bedrooms offer king size beds. The Primary Bedroom has workspace for your convenience. Cable & WI-FI are included
The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. Included in the kitchen: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pod.
All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent is not included.
There is a sleeper sofa in the living area. Living area also has seating for 6 and has a dining table that seats 4. Breakfast Bar with seating for 2.
There's a fireplace for those chilly mornings/evenings in the fall and winter months.

Enjoy the lake views from the open-air balcony or the screened in balcony! The open-air patio has seating for 4 people. The screened in patio has seating for 2.
