You’ll instantly enjoy the Lake and Mountain View when you open the door. This spacious open floor plan condo includes: 3 beds, 3.5 baths (two jacuzzi tubs), a wet bar, Florida room, covered deck overlooking the lake, and a private upper-level master suite with amazing views of the lake. Wi-fi and cable included.
Mariners Landing has it all-miles of beautiful walking/biking trails, 2 outdoor pools with a hot tub, 1 indoor pool (6 lane) with hot tub, sandy beaches, fishing pier, playground, fitness center (newly updated weight room), tennis/basketball/pickleball/volleyball courts, golf course/driving range/putting green with chipping area. Full access to these amenities (using the Mariners Landing Open Key app which you download upon arrival).
You will also get a discount on green fees at the 18-hole championship golf course designed by the late Robert Treat Jones, Sr. 60 new 2022 Visage Golf Carts recently added as well as access to the driving range, putting green with a chipping area where golf enthusiast can practice their swing!

We echo all the other 10/10 reviews. We had a fantastic family vacation at this penthouse condo. Our expectations were exceeded by the cleanliness of the condo and how well stocked it was. The views were phenomenal and we really enjoyed all the amenities mariners landing had to offer. J&K were very helpful and super responsive every step of the way from months ahead when we needed help renting a boat all the way to during and after our stay. We would highly recommend their property for rental!

What a wonderful place to get away with our family.The layout of bedrooms and living space were great.The views from the 6th floor were spectacular!I had a chance to okay golf. The family rented jet skis and a pontoon boat. The beach and pool gave us alternatives to be in the water to cool off from the warm temperatures. In the lake off of the beach we could use floats and paddle boards.The restaurant, Tiffs, was good.Or just hanging out in the penthouse was great.The owners were very responsive to any questions.We hope to go again.

We enjoyed our stay. The Penthouse was perfect for the 6 of us Each couple had their own room with their own bathroom. The view of the lake from the Penthouse was amazing. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony every morning. The check in process was easy and the hosts were great to work with. This was our first time at Smith Mountain Lake. The Penthouse is in a great location. We enjoyed the resort pool, store, and restaurant. Definitely a great place.

Nice Condo, Great location

The location of this condo is perfect, close to all amenities and easy access to the docks. We brought our wakeboard boat and used the floating docks for the week. Very convenient place to stay if you are bringing a boat with you!

Beautiful condo with plenty of room

This condo lived up to expectations. It was very clean, had fantastic views and plenty of space for all. Mariners Landing has the best amenities, we never left the resort while we were there. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Clean, spacious and beautiful penthouse

We could not be happier with our experience. This is our third time staying at Mariners landing and this was the nicest condo out of all of them. Clean, so much space and had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond and even sent me a message apologizing for the rain we had one evening, and offering to give me suggestions for things to do.

2024 Graduation Lake Trip

We absolutely loved our time here! The place was exceptionally clean and in a perfect location. We were celebrating our sons high school graduation with some of his friends. None of his friends had been to SML, and when we walked into the unit, all of their eyes were full of "WOW!" The layout was perfect! A few sofas to relax on, a great dinning tale to play games on, the upstairs main bedroom was perfect away from all of the downstairs fun. The full kitchen was a must for us so we could save a little money and eat in if we wanted and take in the beautiful view of the lake as the sun went down. The unit is on the top floor and was very quiet and felt very private to us. We sat on the balcony every morning with coffee as the teenagers slowly woke up. The 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms were perfect for us, and we never felt crowded. You know it is a great trip if you never have to turn on the TV! We brought our own boat and took advantage of the slip and trailer parking. One of the days was a bit rainy and the host, J&K, reached out to us with ideas for some rainy-day activities which was great. We used the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the little arcade area. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and J&K were extremely responsive if needed, which made us feel very comfortable since we are newbies to VRBO. They answered any questions we had and made our trip even better. This is a must stay place and we would love to make this an annual destination for our family!

Great 4th of July Stay

We really enjoyed our stay and family get together over the July 4th holiday. The view from the condo is amazing and also gave us a VIP viewing of the Mitchell's marina firework show. The access to the pools, beach, and boat docks is really great. The large 3 bedroom condo let us spread out too and made family time great. Highly recommended!

Hands down the best lake rental!

This unit had it all! Three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, full kitchen and laundry in unit. Let’s not forget to mention the incredible view! The property also had a pool steps away and boat and jet ski rentals on site! Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning!!

Excellent, excellent, excellent location

Communication from the property owner was awesome! They provided a lit of little things that were not expected. Accommodations were extremely comfortable, well stocked with amenities, above and beyond our expectations. Lake and pool was so inviting, took a scenic cruise on the lake, they played a movie at the pool on Saturday night. Brunos Bistro was a super restaurant! We will definitely be coming back to this location!

Exactly What You Need!

This condo was outstanding. Clean, spacious, stocked, and as advertised. To top it all off it comes with the great amenities at Mariners Landing. Not to mention the best view you can get at SML on the lake being in the pent house. Overall, we loved it and will be back.

Weekend getaway

Great home, nice location, many onsite amenities and several restaurants to choose from! The views from the penthouse were amazing, home well stocked and comfortable! We loved having access to the gym so we could workout! Also Enjoyed SML State Park trails. Would recommend this property.
