“Great welcoming space for the two of us. I also loved the open floor concept. Was able to watch TV from the bed during a surgery recovery. Host was communicative during our needs.”

“Parking in driveway a mentioned. Swimming pool had no handrail and did not feel safe. Lock on the front door would not work middle of day. Furniture in the living room has an odor (probably body). Stay was ok”

“This is our second year staying in this house, we love itThey made some updates, such as new doors, window treatments, new comfy patio furniture and they even put in a small pool heater with a pool cover. The water wasn’t super warm but warm enough (79 degrees)for us to spend time in it on the 80 degree days. We had a problem with the internet, so Ruth sent her son to help. Turns out the equipment was old so he got the new equipment from Spectrum and installed it for us. Thanks Marco!The house...

“Kim's house was great. She communicated well regarding check-in and check-out. The fence backyard was excellent for our pup. Bonus was the Dairy Rich ice cream shop 1 blk from the house. We really enjoyed the sunsets at Crystal Beach and walking out dog on the Pinellas Trail.”
