âA gem in the midst file of Redwoods. We were not expecting the level of detail in making the room comfortable for tbd guest. The whole place is well thought ouâ
âGorgeous hotel!!! The front desk staff were excellent and the lobby area was beautiful, the restaurant was closed but the âsmall bitesâ offered by the front desk were delicious and very reasonably priced. The room was very clean.
The only thing was that *every* flat surface in the rooms is woodâŠ.the nightstands, tables, console under the TV, floorâŠand sometimes drinks and ice buckets sweat, and there are no coasters or anything so thereâs nowhere to set drinks that you donât worry about...
âBra lĂ€ge för att besöka redwoodskogarna och bo bekvĂ€mt, bodde 3 nĂ€tter i juni 2017. NĂ€ra floden Eel River men det gĂ„r inte att gĂ„ ner till floden i nĂ€rheten av hotellet. Bra frukost och stort rymligt rum för tvĂ„ vuxna och tvĂ„ tonĂ„ringar. Skulle absolut bo pĂ„ detta hotellet igen.â
âLovely building, great staff plus a brilliant setting. Rooms and common areas need some investment as they are definitely carrying an older vibe. Great place to sit and chillâ
âFront desk staff stayed up until 2 am to make sure we were checked in, even tho we called ahead to let them know we were running late. Super friendly and accomodating. Room was clean. Bar next door seems to be the place to be for more adult fun.

âNasty, filthy. People cooking in the parking lot. Could not get to a parking place. People roaming around and staring at our vehicle. Unsafe. No smoke alarm. I told the clerk we couldnât stay there. So we went to a different hotel.

"The view was amazing, just by the sea. I really enjoyed hearing the sea when going to bed. Neighbourhood calm and quiet. We booked an apartment for our one night stay w the family.
Appreciated the contactless check in as we were running late and checked in late. It was smooth! I am a wheelchair user and I knew our place not to be completely ADA but hotels.com did state that the apartment was on the bottom floor, this was not the case when we arrived. I emailed the hotel a few days before our arrival w questions like this but they didnât respond.
No batteries for the fireplace. The beds where clean but other places - drawers in the bathroom were full of hairs, dusty furniture.
