“Spacious and spotless room, no evening noise which is really important for us. Breakfast and evening meal were both delicious. You must book ahead for the evening meal as restaurant gets very busy and people were being turned away. ”

“Cannot rate this place highly enough! An excellent stay. Very spacious and clean room/suite with great amenities (Japanese jacuzzi!). Very helpful and friendly hosts in a great hotel/bar/restaurant. Good location only a few minutes walk into the town. First time in Kings Lynn and we were very pleasantly surprised with the town”

“I am utterly disgusted that this place is even still open, arrived at 7:50pm and told we had to find food elsewhere as kitchen shuts at 8pm, then was told they were not aware we had a room booked and she would have to call owner to confirm! Said she would call us back while we found something to eat as his phone went to voicemail!!!!! We then get a call to say yes they have made a room up! I then asked if they were aware we had a full English breakfast the next morning… again no they didn’t!!...
