    Your base camp for Huntsville - five minutes to Redstone Arsenal's main gate, seven minutes to downtown and the Von Braun Center, and ten minutes to the U.S. Space & Rocket Center. 500 Mbps fiber, a dedicated workspace, and keypad self check-in make this an easy landing for TDYs, conferences, family trips, and weekend getaways alike. We've been hosting Redstone contractors and Rocket City visitors to our Modern Retreat with care.

    THE HOME

    Two bedrooms (queen beds in each), two full bathrooms, and a layout that works for two coworkers, a couple with remote-work days, or a small family of four. The main living area opens into a full kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters, and a dishwasher. Enough to cook a real dinner, not just reheat leftovers. The separate dining area seats four comfortably.

    500 Mbps fiber throughout, smart TVs in every room, and a dedicated workspace tucked into the primary bedroom for focused calls or remote work. In-unit washer and dryer so you're not hunting laundromats after a long week. Free dedicated parking at the door. Keypad entry means no coordinating key handoffs around your flights.

    OUTDOOR SPACE

    Out back, a private fenced yard with a patio, seating for four, and a mature shade tree. Morning coffee, evening calls, or kids and dogs stretching out between work obligations or sightseeing.

    NEIGHBORHOOD

    West Huntsville is the practical sweet spot for almost everything that matters. A short hop to Redstone Arsenal gates, seven to ten minutes to Campus 805 and Stovehouse for dinner and drinks, and easy access to Bridge Street Town Centre for shopping. Quiet residential streets at night, with I-565 a minute away for airport runs and cross-town drives. Lowe Mill Arts & Entertainment is five minutes for weekend browsing, and downtown's Big Spring Park and the VBC are seven minutes east.

The house was exactly as described, clean, well stocked, we only had one issue with a some people from the neighbor behind the location. It was exactly what we were looking for and would stay here again.

My four night stay was very comfortable. It was clean and quiet except for one night the neighbor behind was a little loud with music and motorcycles. The place was clean, the bed was comfy, the kitchen was only used for coffee in morning but is spacious with great appliances! I will definitely stay again because the location was close to family I was visiting. Much better than staying in a hotel. My only complaint is the bath towels were too small and thin (just my preference) and the tub needed a slip resistant mat in it. It was extremely slick the whole time I was there. Overall I still give it 5 stars!

My stay at this home was very quiet and relaxing. The price was reasonable and the host was prompt and professional with responses to any questions that I had. I would definitely rent this home again whenever I’m in the Huntsville area.
